The accounting and finance major of University of Strathclyde has been consistently ranked among the top three in the UK. According to TIMES University Ranking and Complete University Guide, its Accounting and Finance is ranked second in the UK, while Business and Management ranked ninth. In addition, it is the earliest university in the UK to offer Marketing course and the only one in the UK to study Marketing as an independent discipline. According to QS World University Rankings 2018, University of Strathclyde ranks 57th in the world for Master of Finance and 52nd in the world for Master of Management. In the latest Financial Times ranking results of 2017, its Master of Finance ranks 48th in the world and top 10 in the UK while Master of Business and Management is ranked 64th globally.
