- Teachers' Introduction
- Introduce foreign senior lecturers, Chinese and foreign enterprise experts, and technical experts to enrich the structure of the teaching staff and build a compound teaching team.
- Teachers' Training
- Provide tailor-made training programs for teachers from Chinese partner universities that participate in this project. The training mode will be domestic and foreign joint training, and the training period will be 1-3 months. Training forms include: special training, teaching seminars, shadowing, foreign enterprise observation and learning, and practical teaching. After the training, trainees will get the training certificate from the foreign university, and hold training briefing to the whole department or the whole university to promote learning results, to guide the reform of teaching structure.
- Teachers' exchange
- Cooperate with foreign research and international talent training institutions for international projects, undertake international academic exchange meetings, carry out teacher associations, cultural festivals, short-term and long-term exchanges of teachers and other programs between Chinese and foreign cooperative universities, and strengthen in-depth exchanges and interaction between Chinese and foreign teachers.

Regularly organize the Chinese and foreign teaching staff to communicate through a variety of forms such as conferences, training, listening to lectures, etc. to promote Chinese and foreign teacher's communication, deepen the education ideas, help the Chinese teachers understand and fully absorb the advanced educational methods and ideas, comprehensively promote the construction of university teachers, enhance the level of teaching and educating

Deepen cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities in the field of scientific research through joint laboratory construction, joint application of scientific research projects, and publication of international research papers. Learning from the British industry-education integration and achievement transformation mechanism, accelerate the implementation of scientific research results, and enhance the contribution of universities to local industries.
- 3+1 undergraduate joint training
- Students who study in the university for three years and then go to a foreign cooperative university for the fourth year can obtain both domestic and foreign degree certificates.
- 3+2 postgraduate joint training
- Three years of study in China, then go to the cooperative universities from North America and Europe to complete the follow-up master's courses from the fourth year.
- 4+1 postgraduate training
- Four years of study and obtain the bachelor's degree in China. One year of master's degree in foreign countries, and awarded by relevant oversea institutions or universities.
